Classic Pancake Recipe

If you want to make more or fewer pancakes, you can add or decrease the number of ingredients. So today I want to share a classic pancake recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Oil as needed
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

Step 1

First, take out the butter from the fridge until its temperature becomes consistent with the temperature of the environment and melts.

Step 2

Then, pour the white four in a big bowl and add salt, sugar, and baking powder and mix them with a spoon.

Step 3

After that, break the eggs in a bowl and stir them with a fork add the milk gradually and then add the melted butter and stir well until the mix properly.

Step 4

Pour this mix in the white flour bowl and stir until they mix well. (if you stir too much, that would thicken the pancakes.)

Step 5

Afterward, put around and special pan on the stove and spray some oil in it and wait until the oil becomes hot.

Step 6

Then, pour the mix with a ladle in the pan. The mix spreads itself like a circle. We should look after the pan because of pancake fries quickly.

Step 7

When you pour the mix in the pan, some bubbles are created on the surface of the pancakes after one minute that shows it is frying.

Step 8

Check the pancake to see if it is brown; turn the pancake with a spatula so the other side fries too. Pancake does not stick to the pan and it can be removed easily.

Step 9

When the pancake is ready, put it in a dish and prepare other ingredients and then eat it with Nutella, honey, or jam.
